Being True to Yourself

If everyone does whatever they want, we can’t live together – and yet I say: Be true to yourself.  Hardly any advice sounds more harmless, and hardly any is more thoroughly misunderstood. Because this “self” to which you want to be true is not what you think you are.

Nothing fascinates, frustrates, and preoccupies us as much as the topic of relationships – because everyone longs for them, but no one knows how they can really work. Yet when you know what truly matters, then it comes naturally, by itself.

How do you live a good life – in practical terms? Using my own life as an example, I will tell you how this happens by itself, without rules and discipline. Meditate and it will happen by itself: a life in Heaven and on Earth at the same time.
